You’ll be placed on our talent bank, ready for first appointment as House Manager
You’ll be able to apply for the positions that appeal to you.

You’ll get involved in your regional area
You’ll visit head office to meet a variety of functions to further gain knowledge.
Once you’ve completed Year 3 you’ll have completed one of the most comprehensive and intensive training programmes in any industry – and you’ll be about to embark on an incredibly challenging and rewarding business career, managing in Destination Pubs.
